The Complete Care package encompasses all of PropertyCare’s Business Care services: Premises Maintenance, Seasonal Clean-Up and Winter Care. A PropertyCare consultant will meet with you at your property to develop a personalized yearly plan. Under the plan, you’ll enjoy the following benefits:

• One company provides all of your property care needs - Spring through Winter, the folks performing maintenance on your property will be from one, trusted company.
• Cut just one purchase order for the entire year - Issuing PO’s can be expensive, but when PropertyCare handles all exterior maintenance for you, only one is needed per year. Purchase orders are paid in equal monthly installments.
• Scheduled services – At the initial consultation, PropertyCare will ask you your preferred day and time for the services included in your Complete Care Package so tenants can be notified and no one has to wonder when something will get done.
