Throughout the winter, PropertyCare provides timely snow removal to make getting around during the winter months easier for tenants and visitors.

• Night snowfall removal routes commence when 3 inches of snowfall have accumulated over 50% of driveways, roadways and parking areas.
• Driveways, roadways and parking areas are cleared by 7:00 AM per weather conditions or as needed.

At the end of each winter season, PropertyCare will repair any lawn damage made to your property as a result of our snow removal equipment.
