Transitioning from one season to the next requires some extra maintenance. PropertyCare can help
with your Spring and Fall Clean Up. The following services are included in these packages:Spring
- Clean up of debris from lawn and shrub/perennial bed areas.
- All exposed window wells to be cleaned out.
- If piled snow caused any heavy matting of lawns and any resulting snow mold is present, these areas will be raked out.
- Any remaining debris / leaves from Fall to be removed.
- Assess lawn condition and provide detailed report to homeowner that outlines any potential repairs to be made.
Fall
- Leaf clean up of lawn and bed areas during the Fall season.
- Special attention to be given for thorough removal of leaves from shrub and perennial beds, exposed window wells, around air conditioning units, etc.
