• One company provides all of your property care needs - Spring through Winter, the folks performing maintenance on your property will be from one, trusted company.
• A predictable, monthly bill – We’ll map out all of your services at the beginning of the year and set a monthly invoice amount so that you can build your property care needs into your monthly budget
• Scheduled services – At the initial consultation, PropertyCare will ask you your preferred day and time for the services included in your Complete Care Package to eliminate questioning as to when your desired services will be performed and completed.
