In 2019, PropertyCare was acquired by JOSH Landscape Co. with a simple mission: create the most capable and professional commercial maintenance division in Rochester.
PropertyCare provides landscape maintenance and snow removal for large sites, business parks, plazas, HOAs, hotels, and various commercial sites. Along with our commitment to quality, we always get back to our clients and property managers with same-day callbacks. We also act quickly to resolve any issues that may arise. We believe these qualities, along with our powerful fleet of machines and professional team, set us apart from the rest.
Our History
George Exley founded PropertyCare, Inc. in 2004; the company serves Rochester, NY, and its surrounding suburbs. PropertyCare initially began as a home landscaping business and quickly expanded to provide services to commercial property owners as well. By 2006, PropertyCare had grown to over 20 employees.
In 2019, JOSH Landscape Co. acquired Property Care to grow and rebrand its current commercial landscape maintenance division. Josh Schmieder founded JOSH Landscape Co. in 2002 and has grown the company to be a household name in Rochester by focusing on residential, high-quality landscape design-build installation and commercial landscape maintenance.
